"I had a 2023 Hyundai Kona I paid my insurance September 29,2025 on sep 30 after I already paid 214 I called them and asked if they could transfer my insurance to a 2026 kia sportage or a Kia sorento they said no so I said well I just paid you guys an I want a refund no refund was put in until I called them again on Oct 6 ,2025 an I got a email from them showing that they was only gonna refund me 52 dollars even tho I paid 214 an only used the insurance from sep 29 ,2026 to Oct 2 ,2026 I even sent them paperwork in black an white on proof with the dates of Oct 2 I sold the car with the vin an all they decided to take all my money an I didn’t even have the car past 3 days I put pictures of when I paid the insurance an I also put a picture of paperwork for the day I gave the car away an I put a picture on how they only said I’m getting 52 back these people hardly text back if you wanna go with insurance I would go with Chris looney State Farm bec they are better an Megan green needs to take notes from Chris looney bec Megan green State Farm is all unorganized and most of her workers are not trained an do not know what they are doing an trying to get in contact with these people are like pulling teeth so I wouldn’t recommend this location"
